**Job Description**
Manage and execute multiple projects providing Project Management and Consulting services. Manage projects worth $50MM in revenue leading a team of 10+ employees. Lead all due diligence efforts which include financials, technical and client management. Work with detailed project financial models using Microsoft Excel and identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and their sensitivity. Manage subcontractors and client change management process using Oracle Unifier, Procore etc., contract negotiations and procurement. Manage client relationships and directing client delivery teams. Manage coordination and collaboration between internal teams across business practices and external players including subcontractors and clients. Develop and track schedule using Primavera P6 to identify key completion milestones. Lead a team of Deputy Project Managers to support the business practice across the Americas. Develop strategies and programs for the business practice while engaging with key industry customers. Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and evaluate business growth opportunities for business practice. Reporting and strategy discussion of project/program delivery status to Senior Management, which includes, VP - Business Line Leader; VP - Director of Operations; VP - East Operations Manager; SVP – Project Excellence. Lead the growth and development of a decarbonization portfolio in New York City. Advance knowledge for Microsoft Excel. Use Primavera P6 and Oracle Unifier. Manage complex projects; managing internal and external stakeholders. Apply an understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in buildings. Apply an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Apply a deep understanding of project financials. Lead and mentor a team. experience in business development pursuits. Supervises two (2) Deputy Project Managers.
**Qualifications**
Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electral Engineering and 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience managing complex projects; managing internal and external stakeholders; applying an understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in buildings; applying an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; applying a deep understanding of project financials; leading and mentoring a team; and providing experience in business development pursuits.
Offered rate of compensation (New York locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $144,066.00– $162,390.59.
