**Job Description**

**AECOM Hunt** is seeking to hire an experienced MEP Construction Senior Project Manager with experience in High Rise/Tower construction to support our exciting new construction projects in Nashville, TN.

**Job Description:**

+ Directs and managers the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.

+ Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.

+ Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.

+ Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ BA/BS + 10 years of MEP construction project management experience or AA/AS (US) + 12 years of MEP construction project management experience or HS/GED + 14 years of MEP construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

+ Experience in high rise/tower construction.

**Preferred requirements:**

+ Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager on MEP construction projects.

+ Experience from a large general contractor.

+ Experience in high rise residential construction.

+ Experience in MEP buyout and turnover.

+ Experience in high rise residential or commercial construction.

+ Experience managing subcontractors, scheduling, time keeping and other construction documentation.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ Valid Driver’s License to operate an AECOM provided motor vehicle on construction project site(s) to support project tasks assignments and scope of work. For positions with driving responsibilities, Motor Vehicle Records are reviewed as part of AECOM’s background check process to ensure compliance with the Company’s driving standards.
