Imposter Syndrome is a self-limiting belief that can hold you back in your career by preventing you from going forward for that new job or promotion, because deep down you think you’re not quite good enough.
This self-limiting belief can cause you to discount your achievements, put others before yourself, delay completing important tasks or to avoid putting yourself forward for opportunities for fear of failure and/or rejection.
In this presentation, Tanya Sturges, The Self-Sabotage Coach will help you identify where in your career imposter syndrome is showing up for you and she’ll share with you her secret to the 7 habits you need to ditch to overcome imposter syndrome for good.
