**Job Description**
Duties & Responsibilities :Civil engineering team leader for dams and hydropowerProject Manager.Initiation and finalisation of all project phases including reports, engineering drawings, specifications and construction contracts as well as inspection and evaluation reports.Client liaison on projects.Business development for Dams & Hydropower.Mentoring younger dam and hydropower engineers.Ensure Quality Management System compliance.Preferred skills:Leadership/managerial skills.Strong business and networking skills.Strong written and oral communication skills.Connected in the global dam industry with strong profile recognised by clients.Motivated and disciplined.Flexible approach and multi-tasking abilities.
**Qualifications**
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Ten to fifteen years relevant experience, with hydropower and damsInternational experiences a benefit. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering,Post-graduate qualification in dam engineering will be advantageous with professional registration.Professional Engineer (Pr Eng with ECSA or equivalent).
