Lead projects from inception to completion within a London architecture team. This Senior Architect role combines design decisions, technical coordination and management of programmes and project information.
You will develop design solutions around client requirements and stay informed about construction legislation and technical developments.
What you will work on
- Lead projects across RIBA Stages 0 to 7.
- Manage briefs, budgets, programmes and design deliverables.
- Coordinate structural, MEP and specialist design information.
- Guide architectural assistants and lead design meetings and presentations.
- Manage project changes and maintain CAD, BIM and quality standards.
