Associate Director – Architect (Advisory Services) Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 Location: London (Hybrid) Overview An opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Chartered Architect to join a growing Expert ade consultants and cost consultants • Advise on regulatory compliance including Building Regulations, fire safety and CDM • Support client engagement and ongoing service development within the advisory function
Requirements
• ARB‑registered and RIBA Chartered Architect • Minimum 10 years' post‑qualification experience • Strong technical knowledge of detailing, construction processes and regulatory frameworks • Experience across residential, commercial and mixed‑use sectors • Confident communicator with the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly • Good working knowledge of consultant appointments, procurement routes and contracts This role would suit a technically strong architect seeking to apply their expertise in a strategic advisory capacity within a growing and specialist consultancy environment.
