Associate Director – Architect (Expert Witness) Salary: £95,000 – £115,000 Location: London (Hybrid) Overview A senior opportunity for an experienced Chartered Architect with a proven background in expert witness services to join a specialist Expert ade consultants • Support business development through client engagement, thought leadership and industry participation
Requirements
• ARB‑registered and RIBA Chartered Architect • Minimum 10 years' post‑qualification experience • Demonstrable track record in expert witness work • Experience preparing reports for formal dispute resolution proceedings • Strong understanding of Building Regulations, fire safety and CDM • Excellent written skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and objectively • Confidence engaging with legal teams and dispute professionals This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of complex disputes, providing trusted expert opinion within a highly regarded specialist team.
