The design idea is simple but useful: improve light, connect living spaces, keep the family’s Persian rug as an emotional anchor and let furniture and finishes bring personality into a calmer plan.
Project focus
The apartment is in Curitiba and was renovated for residents who no longer liked the original dark tones or awkward layout. Opening the living room to the balcony helped bring more natural light into the daily spaces.
The living room, dining area and wine corner are connected, while lighter furniture keeps the spaces visually permeable. The Persian rug becomes a key piece in the palette rather than an afterthought.
