Cai Hall's design thesis was developed collaboratively with volunteers and users of a community project.

The proposal expands the existing space with places to live, work and meet, alongside an access point for local health and wellbeing services in a non-clinical setting. It develops Cai's interest in residential and community architecture, existing buildings and historic contexts.
