Nourishing Roots
Elena’s project “Nourishing Roots”, is a retrofit of the Orangery, a Grade II listed building in Wakefield. The proposal focuses on cultivating a thriving community where food serves as a source of nourishment, education, and joy for all. The roof garden not only provides essential urban green space but also acts as a gateway to foster greater local engagement.
