About

I’m a passionate and meticulous Architectural Designer and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture from the University of Brighton. I am eligible to work in the UK and although I'm currently based in Brighton, I am willing to relocate closer to your studio, wherever it may be.

Previously, I've contributed to an architecture practice in Kuwait, working closely with the Lead Architect and in-house drafting team. Using my preferred programme, SketchUp, I translated CAD plans and sections into detailed and rendered 3D models, while also contributing to the design process in the form of sketches, models, and renders. I also gained experience freelancing, with quick turnarounds on interior design projects through using efficient software workflows (I.e. Sketchup & Enscape). I am proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, AutoCAD, the Adobe suite, and various other programmes, but I’m more than willing to learn and take on any responsibilities required of me.

As a designer, I’m quite interested in finding out-of-the-box solutions to design challenges, usually trying to constrain myself with sustainability and ecological impact. I often choose a concept or theme to use as a sort of visual leitmotif, letting it guide me throughout all scales and chapters of a project. For example, I often start with digital painting to depict the mood and essence that the final space should evoke, emphasising light and shadow. I also enjoy using film and media to bring in all sorts of inspiration during my illustrative design process. Hobbies of mine that intersect with my work include digital illustration and art, as well as graphic, automotive, and product design.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!
