Here is Harry's final year project, integrating conscious design with innovative engineering. The Planetary Parliament, located in Bristol's Castle Park, cantilevers over the River Avon, reflecting the natural environment which the building serves. Guided by the question, "what if nature could vote?", the internal form guides users along a meandering journey, encouraging social interactions, before ending with a crescendo at the parliamentary hall. This route mimics the meandering form of a river, inspiring users to contemplate their role in providing a voice for nature.

The roof is an extension of the Bristol flora, protruding out from the park gradient without obstructing sightlines. The cantilevered facade, angled to purposely manage glare and solar gains differently depending on the season, supports a natural ventilation summer strategy, with the dual-mode system opting for MVHR in the winter.
