Harbour of A Hope
Here is Heta's Final year's Thesis project called "Harbour of A Hope, A Soap Factory based in Deptford Creek, London- Inspired by William Morris- A Factory as it might be!!" HARBOUR OF A HOPE, Where Women Can Rebuild Their Lives And Find New Hope Through The Lens of a Soap Factory. In the heart of Deptford Creek, where the echoes of an industrial past intertwine with the whispers of resilience, are markable transformation is unfolding. This corner of London, once teeming with shipyards and warehouses, now cradles a sanctuary for women who have endured the shadows of mental trauma and physical abuse. Here, amidst the remnants of a storied industrial heritage, these women find a place that is much more than a haven, it is a testament to the transformative power of community and architecture.
