His final year contextual and research-driven thesis, set along the Konkan coast, envisions the development of a fish harbour and market complex in Devgad, aligned with ongoing government initiatives. The design incorporates regional vernacular architecture with a modern fluid touch, passive design strategies, and a strong socio-economic framework to support fisheries, tourism, and heritage, turning a functional necessity into a public coastal landmark.
