The story so far.
Tom leads the Architecture Social's In-House recruitment service, which offers practices a revolutionary way to discover and acquire top talent from across the architecture and design industry.
Before joining the Architecture Social, Tom gained extensive experience in the profession working for nearly four years at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) before making the move to architecture recruitment two years ago. At the RIBA, he was pivotal in managing large scale professional events. He was also a key member of the RIBA’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Working Group and managed the Large Practice Expert Advisory Group.
