AAVA Architects, a RIBA Chartered practice with bases in both London and Bath, showcases a diverse portfolio of projects that spans across new build houses, residential developments, and hospitality spaces. Their work reflects a commitment to innovative and high-quality architectural solutions tailored to the unique needs and contexts of each project (AAVA ARCHITECTS).

Among their notable projects, AAVA Architects have demonstrated their expertise through a variety of ventures:

Beetles + Huxley: A project that transformed a compact storage space into a generous, light-filled gallery for one of Europe's leading photography galleries, showcasing their ability to repurpose and enhance existing spaces for new uses (AAVA ARCHITECTS). Stoke Newington House: A Victorian property in North London, remodeled to accommodate an additional bedroom for a growing family, retaining the home's original features while incorporating modern elements for a bright and welcoming space (AAVA ARCHITECTS). LORD HOOD PUB: A mixed-use development in London that features seven two-bedroom apartments and a new pub, illustrating AAVA Architects' proficiency in combining residential and commercial functions within a single development (AAVA ARCHITECTS).

Their project approach consistently emphasizes the importance of context and client collaboration, striving to deliver designs that not only meet but exceed expectations. The firm's work on residential projects, including houses in Crouch End and Blackheath, further exemplifies their range and adaptability, whether it's working within the historical fabric of London's neighborhoods or creating entirely new dwellings (AAVA ARCHITECTS).
