The firm operates from two locations, Winchester and London, under the guidance of Nigel Anderson, Hugh Petter, George Saumarez Smith, Robbie Kerr, Darren Price, and Robert Cox. As Design Directors, each of them leads their own projects, bringing their unique design ethos to the table. However, they also collaborate closely as experts in the realm of classical and traditional architecture. Our reputation extends globally, thanks to our collection of acclaimed projects. These range from individual residences and the meticulous restoration of historic structures to commercial and public buildings, as well as expansive masterplans encompassing village expansions and significant housing developments.

The Directors are frequently sought out for their insight by government agencies and ministries, providing consultation on policy and design matters. Several of our urbanism projects have been highlighted as exemplary in recent government publications. They serve as trustees for national interest groups and hold prominent positions within professional organizations. They actively participate as members or trustees in numerous national and international architectural and urban design associations, including the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects), the Prince's Foundation, the Academy of Urbanism, The Georgian Group, the British School at Rome, and the International Network for Traditional Building, Architecture, and Urbanism (INTBAU).
