About Arka Works.
Arka Works is a creative consultancy specialising in AI for the built environment. Led by founder Keir Regan-Alexander, it helps architects, real estate developers and software start-ups adopt generative design and AI tools in a practical, project-led way.
The consultancy combines a deep working knowledge of UK practice with a track record of design and construction delivery at scale, augmenting the work of AEC teams through the applied use of the latest generative design and AI tools. Work spans transformation planning, hands-on workshops with practices, applied research and development, and UX advisory for software teams building tools for the sector.
Arka Works sits deliberately at the intersection of architectural practice, software development and early-stage venture work, carrying learnings across all three. Keir is also co-founder of OmniChat.uk, an enterprise-grade multi-model LLM platform used by practices across the UK, Europe and the United States, and founder of Omni Accelerator, a learning platform for teams adopting AI at scale.
