This is not about working extra hours on the other days - it's a question of working smarter and more efficently so that everyone can enjoy a genuinely Free Day every fortnight. Blended working We adapted quickly to remote working and the benefits it can bring. Our offices are all open now, but we will (of course) follow any government guidelines in the countries where we operate, should the situation change again. Some teams operate more remotely than others, but we will have blended working across the company in the future.
