John Robertson Architects produces carefully considered, contextual and modern designs that deliver real value to our clients. Our work is guided by the principle of contextual civic modernism, aiming to preserve the historic fabric and character of our cities, whilst adding to them with contemporary buildings that enhance the experience of the city as a whole. As a practice, JRA is committed to sustainability and places it at the centre of our design approach, we are ISO 14001 accredited and have received industry recognition as the BREEAM Awards Professional Champion 2019. We extend our environmental offering to design teams outside of the practice through our Life Cycle Services, including building assessments and Life Cycle Costings. Since its formation in 1993, the practice has delivered a substantial number of high quality buildings both in the UK and abroad. Our work includes many large office and residential schemes, as well as sensitive restoration and redevelopment projects of significant historical and architectural value. JRA’s offices are based in the Bankside area of Central London across five studios. We are currently working on a wide range of interesting and challenging new-build and office refurbishment projects in Central London, as well as interior design commissions for new office headquarters projects.
