The practice believes architecture should be clear and logical, with spaces suited to their purpose and enhanced by material and craft, light and shade.

Patel Taylor creates exemplary residential, mixed-use and workplace developments, alongside educational and cultural buildings, and is currently working on some of the largest urban regeneration schemes in the UK. Projects range from Thames Barrier Park and Eastside City Park to London Dock, Lombard Wharf and the Silberrad Student Centre, reflecting work that moves comfortably between the scale of a garden and the scale of a city.
