Pedder & Scampton

Pedder and Scampton is a female owned Architects Practice specialising in residential and community work. We carry out projects with an urban regeneration bias and have a particular expertise and interest in the design of supported housing – in particular for the neurodiverse - and sheltered housing for the elderly. We work on new build and retrofit projects with high sustainability standards. We are experienced in responding to complex briefs, providing adaptable spaces and reconciling different user group requirements, and often work as part of a larger masterplanning team. We pride ourselves on achieving high quality, imaginative spaces, responding closely to the needs of the building occupants.
