The studio believes that, at its best, architecture can provoke memories, shape experiences and prompt change. Across scales and typologies, from cutlery to city, the same attention to detail and commitment to design integrity applies. Working closely with engineers, consultant teams and clients, Piercy&Company has built particular expertise in the reuse, retention and re-enlivening of existing structures, combining advanced digital design and fabrication with traditional materials and forms in the search for sustainable, climate-responsive architecture.

This research-driven approach has produced an award-winning portfolio across the commercial, residential and cultural sectors, with long-standing clients including Derwent London, British Land, The Crown Estate, Stanhope and Berkeley. Recent and current work ranges from the Boston Consulting Group London HQ and deep retrofits such as 25 Savile Row and Turnmill to new homes at Camden Goods Yard and Paddington Green and the award-winning Kew House.

In 2022, Piercy&Company became an employee ownership trust, solidifying its design house approach. The studio is working towards becoming a net zero business by 2040.
