Resilient Edge are Chartered Architects providing bespoke design and project services, specialising in residential urban infill sites. We use design-led solutions to maximise site potential and minimise risk, incorporating a common-sense first approach to feasibility and yield. We understand that good design should not equate to higher cost and should be integral at all scales and budgets. Our private residential development projects range from 1-6 houses on infill sites across all RIBA Stages with Housing Association social housing experience at RIBA Stages 3-6. We have also been successful with late-stage consultancy bringing 'problem' projects back on track and discharging outstanding developer obligations.
