About

About Sandy Anghie Architect.

Sandy Anghie Architect is a Perth based practice committed to creating great homes for its clients. Whether it is a new build, extension or renovation, the practice believes the foundation of a great home is a collaborative working relationship between the architect and home owner, listening and working together to create a home that meets the client's needs and aspirations from both a design and a financial perspective.

The practice's design ethos is about process. It works to no set or predetermined style, instead working with each client to ensure the design for their home is the right solution for them, and that the home owner enjoys the design experience.

Sandy Anghie founded the practice in 2015. She came to architecture after an earlier career in law, returning to the University of Western Australia in 2006 to study, and has since worked across a range of roles including the Office of the Government Architect, Syrinx Environmental and Hassell. In 2020 she received the Australian Institute of Architects WA Emerging Architect Prize.
