TEA Architects

TEA Architects is a Bath-based architecture practice led by Chartered Architect Ewan Tavendale (RIBA, ARB). With over a decade of professional experience, we provide thoughtful, practical, and creative design solutions across the South West of England. From our office in Frome, we work with homeowners, developers, and businesses to help them make the most of their property and achieve projects that add real long-term value.

We offer the full spectrum of architectural services – from early feasibility studies and concept design, through planning applications and technical drawings, to overseeing construction on site. Our approach is collaborative and client-focused: we listen carefully, understand ambitions and constraints, and translate them into high-quality, buildable designs. By coordinating with trusted consultants and local contractors, we ensure smooth delivery and attention to detail at every stage.

For homeowners, we specialise in extensions, renovations, and one-off new builds that enhance everyday living while improving energy performance. For developers, we provide efficient site layouts and design packages that maximise return while navigating planning policy with confidence. Sustainability is at the heart of our work, with a focus on low-energy, future-proofed homes that are beautiful as well as functional.

Whether you’re looking to unlock the potential of a plot of land, reimagine your family home, or deliver a small residential scheme, TEA Architects is here to guide you from first sketch to final completion.
