The story
The story behind the work.
A 10,000 sqm A-Grade Sydney office building was repositioned under new ownership to attract higher-paying tenants, with Hammond Studio delivering an upgrade across the ground floor lobby, every above-ground lift lobby and amenity, and several tenancy fit-outs.
The lobby narrative leans into the building's boutique character. Natural materials carry the palette, with vertical green walls drawing landscape inside and timber panelling showing intricate craftsmanship. Custom leather ottomans, matching timber armchairs and coffee tables give the entry the feel of discreet luxury rather than scaled-up commercial polish.
