The story
A derelict townhouse in the heart of Notting Hill has been refurbished and extended upwards by Boundary Space, with a new glass pavilion opening onto a rooftop garden and views across the city.
The 418 m² project spans five levels and was completed in 2019. Structural engineering was delivered by Constructure, landscape design by FRLA, interior design by Federica Palacious Design, and main contracting by Icon 1992.
