The story

The story behind the work.

Bell Phillips' Church Street project has planning consent for a comprehensive Westminster City Council redevelopment with 1,100 mixed-tenure homes, public realm, a library, retail, workspace and market infrastructure.

The first plot provides more than 400 homes, with insulation, airtightness, triple glazing, photovoltaic panels, air-source heat pumps and MVHR used to support a low-energy brief. The scheme is under construction.
