Whitehorse Stables in Croydon reworks a former 480 sq m industrial garage or workshop on an infill site.

A Class PA conversion creates 13 flats and an adjoining new-build element adds eight units, 21 in total, with air-source heat pumps, rainwater harvesting and solar PV.
