The work

Architecture recruitment, done properly.

As an Architecture Social team member you will be contributing to the success of some of the world's most ambitious brands, collaborating with their internal teams and building a diverse portfolio of experience.

We are based at WeWork Moor Place on Fore Street Avenue in London, with access to WeWork offices across London for meeting clients and candidates.

Your earning potential

Base salary + uncapped commission.

Commission potential is informed by our existing consultants’ track record. These examples use our current scheme: £200k annual billing target (5× base), with fees spread evenly over 12 months. Gross pay, excluding bonuses.

How commission works

Each example uses the midpoint of the selected base salary band. On-target earnings (OTE) means base salary plus commission at 100% of your annual personal billing target, which is 5× your base salary. Commission is already included in OTE. These are illustrations, not guaranteed earnings.

Commission is calculated monthly: 10% on the first £10,000 of personal net fee income, 20% on the next £10,000, 30% on the next £10,000 and 40% on the portion above £30,000. Each rate applies to its slice; the tiers reset every month.

Net fee income is eligible placement fees after applicable deductions and any agreed splits. A different spread of starts across the year changes commission, even at the same annual billings. All three examples use twelve equal billing months.

Figures are gross, before tax. Commission is paid a month in arrears, with 10% retained and normally released in December. Refunds, unpaid client fees and the scheme rules can affect amounts earned and when they are paid.

Performance bonuses and rewards are discretionary, subject to eligibility, performance and company profitability. They are excluded from these figures. From Senior Associate, you can progress as a Principal Consultant or Team Leader. Both tracks use the same personal commission tiers.
