Our commitment

Architecture Social wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology or need to change how content appears.

We aim to make new and updated public pages clear, keyboard-accessible and compatible with common browsers and assistive technology. Accessibility is considered alongside design, content and technical quality rather than treated as a final add-on.

02

Current accessibility status

We are reviewing this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Until that review is complete, Architecture Social is not claiming a formal level of conformance.

Automated checks and responsive testing help find some problems, but they do not replace testing with assistive technology and people with different access needs. This statement will be updated as that work is completed and material issues are confirmed or fixed.

03

Using the website

The website includes features intended to support access, including:

  • a skip link that moves focus to the main page content;
  • visible keyboard focus on interactive controls;
  • responsive layouts that adapt to smaller screens and browser zoom;
  • headings and landmarks that give pages a meaningful structure; and
  • accessibility preferences for changing selected display settings.

If one of these features does not work for you, please report the page and task affected so we can investigate the exact problem.

Alternative formats and support

If you need information from this website in a different format, email hello@architecturesocial.com or call +44 (0)20 7770 9572.

Tell us which page or information you need, the format that would help and how you would like us to respond. We will consider the request and explain what we can provide.

05

Report a problem

To report an accessibility problem, email hello@architecturesocial.com. It helps to include:

  • the page address;
  • what you were trying to do;
  • what went wrong; and
  • your browser, device or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it.

You can also use the complaints process if the issue has not been resolved through ordinary support.

Preparation and review

This statement was prepared on 26 August 2026. We will update it when the current review establishes a conformance position, identifies material limitations or confirms that an important issue has been fixed.
