A direct employer role is advertised by the practice or company itself rather than through a recruitment agency. The name on the advert is the name you would work for.
Each listing states how to apply: some direct employers take applications themselves, others ask us to handle the first sift. Either way the advert’s voice is the employer’s own, and both routes, direct and via a good recruiter, can lead to the right move.
