Zeyad Hasanin’s graduation project proposes a social-focused co-housing development at Cruddas Park, Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
The scheme includes retrofitting an existing shopping centre and tower. It was modelled in SketchUp and visualised in Enscape and Photoshop.
