About
About AENDRE.
AENDRE is a London-based interdisciplinary development studio creating real-estate-backed hospitality brands across the UK and Europe. The name is Danish and Norwegian for "transformation", which sits at the centre of the studio's work: converting office buildings that no longer serve as offices into design-led, extended-stay lifestyle hotels in London and European gateway cities.
AENDRE was founded by Eric Jafari with Chris Strong, both previously of Brookfield-backed edyn, where they helped build the Locke brand to more than 4,000 extended-stay and lifestyle units across Europe. The studio is backed by JuneX Capital Partners and co-investor New End.
