In their words
Homes shaped around individual lives
Carla Middleton Architecture is a Sydney practice founded in 2016. The studio works on residential architecture and interiors, including new houses, rebuilds, alterations, additions and apartments.
Carla Middleton remains involved throughout the studio’s projects, supported by a team of architects and designers. Its approach begins with the client’s lifestyle, priorities and budget, then develops the building and interior as a connected whole.
Tama House, presented in the current portfolio as Skylight House, illustrates the studio’s attention to long, constrained sites. Carefully arranged rooms and roof glazing bring light into a family home while maintaining privacy from close neighbours.
