In their words
Architecture shaped by the site, climate and ways of living.
Condon Scott Architects is based in Wānaka, with a second office in Queenstown. The practice works on residential and commercial projects across Central Otago and further afield.
Its services run from concept design through consent applications, tender management and construction management, alongside interior design. The studio describes each commission as a response to its particular site, environmental conditions and client brief.
The residential portfolio includes permanent homes, visitor accommodation and multi-residential developments. Kanuka Rise shows that attention to setting in a home organised around sunlight, native planting and views from the slopes of Mount Iron.
