In their words
Homes shaped around their setting, their materials and the people who will live in them.
Jamie Farmer and Scott Payne founded Farmer Payne Architects together in 2017. Their work brings architectural design and knowledge of construction together, with an emphasis on the relationship between a home and its setting.
At Texas Ranch, the practice designed a house on a cattle ranch using limestone, reclaimed timber and generous connections to outdoor spaces. Kori Shurley provided interior design, Neal Design Group landscape architecture, and Hamilton Builders the construction.
