In their words
Architecture, construction and research that connect new uses with the histories and character of a place.
JDEstudio brings architectural design, construction and research into its practice. Its work considers how buildings can respond to existing places, combining material decisions and spatial planning with collaboration across disciplines.
At Hacienda San José del Valle, JDEstudio worked with Kenya Rodríguez Estudio on the adaptation of a historic hacienda for hospitality and events. The project retains the presence of older walls and structures while introducing new rooms, furniture and places to gather.
