In their words
Architecture shaped through material detail, physical models and dialogue with engineering.
Founded by Héctor Módica and Carlos Ledezma, the office works from Mexico City across projects of different scales. Its studio combines physical and digital models during design development, with architectural detail and engineering considered together.
The featured Querencia Las Vistas project is a concept design developed with Central de Arquitectura for a coastal site in San José del Cabo. The images shown are concept visualisations. Stone walls, concrete vaults and sheltered outdoor spaces organise the proposal around its views towards the Pacific.
