In their words

Pride Road is an architectural franchise company, providing services to the residential domestic market in the UK. We turn houses into dream homes. We do it by designing better and bigger living spaces according to our client’s needs and budgets, by engaging them in the creative process and by making sure that their property increases in value as a result.

Pride Road was established in 2016 by Lisa Raynes, RIBA chartered architect, who spotted a niche in the market of architectural services. Drawing on her professional experience of 19 years across all sectors and after 5 years of running her successful practice in South Manchester, Lisa decided to share her knowledge with fellow professionals. Her business model allows for great work/life balance and proves highly profitable.

Pride Road is a game changer not only for women in architecture who struggle in this predominantly male industry and need to balance their career with raising a family, but for every architect with a desire to take pride in their work, to understand their client’s needs and to deliver projects of the highest standards. Pride Road is a growing franchise, eager to spread our message of accessible, friendly and professional architectural services in new regions of the UK. The practice’s residential work includes Magda Haener’s own 1930s home in Stretford, where reconfiguration, a loft conversion and improved park views create a more flexible family home.
