In their words
Individual buildings, closely connected to the places they occupy.
Rolf Ockert. Architect, also known as ROAr, was established in 2004. The Sydney practice works across residential, commercial and retail buildings, with a portfolio that also includes furniture, product design and masterplanning.
The studio approaches each project through its particular setting and brief. At Ravine House, the rock formation beneath the site determines the plan and section, bringing the experience of the Pacific Ocean into spaces arranged across four levels.
