In their words
Architecture organised around how people live and connect
VIA Architects works from Melbourne across architecture, masterplanning and interior design. Its portfolio includes seniors living, aged care and residential projects, alongside other specialist building types.
The studio develops each project from an understanding of its site, brief and the people who will use it. Its approach brings spatial planning and technical detail together, considering how buildings, services and shared places can support everyday life over time.
Pavilions Blackburn Lake applies that thinking to a retirement community set among existing bushland. VIA's architecture and masterplan are paired with interiors by Hecker Guthrie, with shared amenities and outdoor routes distributed across the site.
