The story behind the work.
HBA Residential shaped the private chef's table and sky garden on the forty-fifth floor as a gallery-like setting where dining, art and panoramic views meet.
A further retreat on the sixty-fifth floor is organised around wellbeing, creating quieter spaces above the city for residents to pause and recharge.
