2888 Lake Ridge Lane is another one of the lots from one of our developers. This lot was sold to our current client. Our client wants to build a house that is around 10,500 SQ.FT. in size. The house will have three floors; ground floor where there is a big foyer and entry along with two guest rooms and a maid’s room. There will also be two kitchens, one interior and another exterior. A movie theater, a gym, an office and storage rooms, and a bar room. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with their respective bathrooms, a studio/office space and the master bedroom which is around 2,000 sq.ft. in size with his and hers closet and a beautiful balcony with shower and tub. The third floor will host a wooden deck with a bar and seating area to enjoy the view.

The lot abuts a canal which has many trees around, creating a very nice view of landscaped area. For the exterior, we chose to have different spaces where inhabitants and guests can enjoy the outdoors while having wind cooling and shade with overhangs and gazebos. The concept design for this house is that of symmetry. The client really enjoyed the symmetrical feel and the use of black and white (that of balance). The house is divided in three spaces. Two of them on either side being of the same dimension and the one in the middle being a circulation and open space joining both of these two other volumes together. This home is expected to break ground in early 2023.
