25 Berkeley Square adds 47,000 sq ft of office and retail space in Mayfair. The scope includes two additional storeys, Cat A offices, external stone wall systems, detailed metalwork and new retail areas within a heritage setting.
Synergy appointed Atomik on behalf of the contractor to prepare contractor's proposals and coordinate packages between the design team and supply chain. The official page records an 18-month construction period but still labels the project status as construction, so this record preserves that status without implying completion.
