v·om has designed a dry-built house in Fuente-Álamo that closes to the street and opens onto light-filled patios.

The project
The design began with a study of the local climate, with Eastern influences and a return to traditional elements. Solid volumes line the street and give privacy, while internal patios fill the house with natural light.
The house was dry-built from prefabricated components and managed with BIM from the early stages. It has an A energy rating.
