The story
The story behind the work.
Set on the River Thames at St Katharine's Dock, Devon House is a commercial building from 1989 that Stiff + Trevillion has given a thorough internal refurbishment. A new reception and an external terrace were added, each positioned to draw on the riverside setting and its open views across the water.
The reworked six-storey building is aimed at a wide spread of occupiers, from established City firms to newer start-up companies looking for distinctive workspace.
