The story

The story behind the work.

AMA adapted Emaar's Collective co-living product for a site overlooking the golf course and park at Dubai Hills Estate, using an efficient residential plan to support an accessible shared-living offer.

Communal spaces at ground and podium levels include coworking, a cafe, library, cinema, games room, yoga room and outdoor gym. AMA records a fast-track 12-week route from project start to launch; the governed page does not convert that launch into a claim that the building was completed.
