The story

The story behind the work.

AMA's Island X concept arranges private villas as a hotel resort on an enhanced Gulf island, giving each stay privacy and views towards both sunrise and sunset across the beach.

The remote setting drives the delivery strategy: the villas are designed for prefabrication, solar panels generate energy on site and greenhouses support local food production. The governed record presents the work as a concept rather than implying that it was built.
